Metal Braces
Traditional metal braces are an excellent, time-tested choice to achieve the smile you desire. Metal braces are effective at treating a wide range of orthodontic issues from spacing, to crowding, to issues with the bite.
How do they work?
Metal braces involve using small stainless steel brackets that are glued individually to each tooth. The brackets are then connected using a wire which is adjusted throughout treatment to guide the teeth into the correct location. The fun part is choosing the colour of elastic we use to tie the wire into the bracket so that it stays in place!
