At Dentistry By The Bay, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and provide quality care to all our patients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellation / Missed Appointment Policy:
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend your scheduled appointment:
- A deposit of $50 per hour of booked time will be required to schedule any future appointments.
- Alternatively, you may opt for same-day treatment availability only, subject to our daily schedule and availability.
This policy allows us to offer your reserved time to another patient in need of care and helps minimize disruptions to our schedule.
